redhat 7.3 installation problem

Hi,

I am trying to install 7.3 on my PC.

When I boot Redhat CD, everything works fine till I got this message.

Running anacondo-please wait
Traceback(innermost last)
File "/usr/bin/anaconda" line 66, in ?
from exception import handleException

and then it reboots.

Does anybody have any idea what is going on?

Probably a bad CD. Reburn or redownload.
While you're at it, perhaps you should get a newer version.

Yeap, you are right, I used another set of CDs and it works fine.

Well, the reason why I want to use redhat 7.3 is I need to compile rtlinux then.

Do you know rtlinux supports latest redhat versions?

You could try using the RH7.3 rpm with RH9. Sometimes that works fine.
