Question Reconfig ISDN

Hello all,

I recently switched to a new ISP and edited the file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ippp0 manually to change the dialin-number and the username. After adding a new entry in /etc/ppp/pap-secrets I restartet the network, But for the next dial in the old number is used.

I then restarted the computer and the new correct number is used

Which additional services except /etc/init.d/network have to be restarted after a manual change of ifcfg-ippp0?

Many thanks in advance

Frank
