Procmail

Hi, trying to filter a catchall pop3 account to individual mailboxes setup on sendmail on RH7.3. I want procmail to examine the header, determine if, for example, mickeymouse@test.com, is in there, then drop it off in mickeymouse's local mailbox. can any of you good people tell me what sort of recipie i should be using? by the way, i'm using fetchmail to retrieve the mail from my pop3 account.
