Package Manager Does Not Work - Help please

I am using Red Hat Enterprise Server 5 and I cannot use package manager at all. I get an error very similar to this no matter what I try to apply.

Component: Software Manager
Summary: TB471250f2 grabber.py:1200:_do_grab:IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '//var/cache/yum/rhel-i386-server-5/headers/compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.hdr'

Can anyone please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Do you have a RH subscription

If so, I'd suggest that you use the support you are paying for.

Hey Bill, thanks for you response.

I actually did and it worked. It is not critical but I would like to know why it does not work from the GUI. After I updated I tried again from the GUI and got the same result. Ideas?

I don't know the answer - I hate GUI update/package tools and use command line on all my distros where possible
