LQ ISOs. You could also install using the ftp option from ftp.redhat.com or download the contents to a directory on another machine and use NFS.
It suprises me that the Sat driver is only in the 2.4.20 kernel. Have you already checked to see if you can configure and compile your own 2.6.xx kernel for FC4 or Mandrake 10.1 with the driver installed or as a module? That would be my suggestion rather than going with an older Linux version.
