Longer Supported Fedora Replacement

Now that Fedora has changed the length of their support policy, is there a Red Hat distribution that does not require the purchase of an "entitlement", like Red Hat Enterprise Linux, but is longer supported than Fedora?

In other words, if we have test systems that need to be similar but not exactly like our RHEL4 systems, what distro would replace Fedora, if we do not want to re-install Fedora every 13 months?

Centos is RHEL with the logos removed. The version numbers match (Centos4.0=RHEL4.0, Centos5.1=RHEL5.1, etc). When Fedora dropped legacy support (long term support) I switched to Centos. No issues popped up during the changeover.

CentOS is the most popular RHEL rebuild, but Scientific Linux is also quite good.
