Kppp without root
Hello everyone!
I'm running Red Hat 9 at hte moment I just got new modem and managed
to get it working. The problem that I have is that I use Kppp to connect to
Internet, and I can only lunch it with root permission.
Is there a way to allow all local users to lunch Kppp and connect to Internet?
