kernel panic: no init found


I go this error when i tried booting my newly built 2.6.0-test7 kernel:

mount: error 19 mounting ext3
pivotroot: pivot_root (/sysroot,/sysroot,initrd)failed2
unmount /initrd/proc failed:2
kernel panic: no init found. try passing init=option to kernel



not sure what the problem is (of course ). you guys got any ideas?

well, I recompiled the kernel and I and put support for ext3 in the kernel. Now I can boot into 2.6.0-test7. Woohoo.!

what version of kernel is that?
