Implementing LDAP servers


I need to implement LDAP servers in RHEL so that both servers are placed in a different locations.and one server should be handled by CLI and another with GUI.
both servers needs to communicate to each other,any changes or modification done in one server should be reflected to another..

kindly suggest me the procedure for the implementation from scratch.

Suggest you ask google about "implementing ldap" perhaps also with "linux". When I did I pulled a list including these links:
