ffmpeg configuration going on but some problem came....

Assuming you mean to configure to compile:

The easiest way out is just to use the package manager and install that way. If you need a newer version than what is available in the repo, you are best off getting the source rpm from the newest version in the repo. You can then extract the spec file from the source rpm to see what how it was built. About 90% of the time all one has to do is change the name of the tared package in the spec file(to the new one) and rebuild. Basically you do not need to reinvent the wheel.
