Here's what I find out, just as an conclusion to this:

Install every development tool available. After that, vm has no problem.

I ended up reinstall CentOS and this time I picked everything.

Another note for vmware console. When you run /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl

when it comes to:

Please specify a port for remote console connections to use [904]

it defaults 904, but in vmware console, it uses 902. Retarded!!! So you want to change it back to 902 otherwise you will get:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
