Exclamation Dual boot with WinME

I installed RedHat 7.0 onto my HD which already has Windows ME and unfortunately my bootdisk died on me due to floppy drive failure. My Linux was installed on a totally seperate partition from my Windows and was formatted with Linux Native file system. I chose to install LILO onto MBR through Custom installation, however the boot manager never appeared during startups. Now that I have lost my bootdisk, is there a way to bring up LILO so that I can choose whether to boot to Windows or Linux?
