Downloads Stop Randomly

I have a server where I have set up a download center. When I try to download files from there using IE the download stops randomly. But if I use Mozilla or Dowload Accelerator Plus it works fine.
Could anybody help me with this?

Running
apache-2.0.51, worker MPM

Thanks

IE first saves the download to a temporary file cache, even
though you may select another partition; so if the drive that
contains that temp location doesn't have enough space, it
won't finish the download. You can use Windoze Exploder
to see how much space is on your C: drive (wherever the
OS is located), and if not enough for your d/l, then delete
the temp files. I don't remember where they're located
for different Windoze versions anymore. I'm trying to get
free from Windoze, and don't access the Internet from it
anymore.
