Create RAID 5 software array

Hi, i have a question about raid.

I have to setup a server at my school with redhat enterprise 3.0.
The server that we are useing has 5x scsi 36 gig and 1 scsi 9 gig.
Redhat is installed on the 9gig disk and now i want to use the other 5 to create a raid 5 software array.

My quesiton is:
can i create this array while i'm in redhat GUI or Console ?
or do i have to boot from cd to create a raid 5 software array ?

thnx in advance

Well, I believe Disk Druid is capable of handling it all for you. Alternatively, you can use raidtools or mdadm from the console.
