Cannot install rhel from CD ! ! !

hi,
Whenever i try to install rhel, the system hangs. I tried to open the cd contents, but, aghast ! , the system hangs sgain.... I don't know what to do... Don't know whether the cd is bootable... If its not bootable, that what should i do...? Please help...!

you need to give more useful information than this. when does it hang? when do you "open the cd contents"? how far does the install get?

Please copy the last lines the installations drops out before hanging.
