A disk going bad?


before my server crashed (RH 9.0 Pentium3) got this error..

18:31:38 machinename kernel: ehci-hcd 00:1d.7: suspend to state 3

Replace disk time?

Before you throw the disk away you should use a rescue CD to inspect the disk. Use fdisk to print the partition table. Use fsck o check the file systems in the partitions.
