Anyone using this distro ?

I love Puppy Linux, but struggle with the convoluted way it takes to un-install programs.

I feel that it should not take 30 - 45 minutes to uninstall a program.

And I have seen cases where uninstalling a program breaks other programs.

Stick to a distro that provides a package manager. That should, for the most part, be handled by a package manager.

Hi...

Something's definitely wrong. I've never had a Puppy install take more than a minute to uninstall something.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the culprit would be here. You could try reinstalling the OS to see if that corrects the problem.
