Script problem

This works from a console, but not in a script that I placed on desktop ?

Code:
thunar Desktop
It says Failed to open "Desktop".
Error when getting info for file '/root/Scripts/
Desktop: No such file or directory

Just a basic relative path problem.

I assume when you run the command from the console your in your home directory so Desktop is a relative path to your /home/username. But not so If the script is located in the Desktop directory. So use the full path
thunar /home/username/Desktop.
