Option to save posts in the forums as drafts
Anisha and I would like to see an option when posting to save drafts

The blogs, unlike the forums, already have this option, and I would like the "save as draft" option to be extended to the Forums so users can save drafts of their posts to their User CP and then, when they feel like posting them, can do so. This would help minimize profuse editing as well as allow the user to, if they have a very lengthy post, save them from typing several paragraphs at once.

1. I agree & would take it further:

- a. Make it automatic, as Gmail does. This avoids having your beautiful nearly finished posts eaten by the power company when it decides that your computer needs a theraputic reboot & sends you a power glitch.

When I fear this, I avoid it by composing in a text editor where I can save frequently.

- b. Include a "Reservation" option that holds your spot in the thread while you write. This would appear to viewers as "Kenny_Strawn is composing a reply". If implemented, this would avoid having to go back & edit to explain that you were composing while someone else posted 1st.

2. I suspect that bumping is as frowned on here as in the main fora. Enough said.
