Xlib-Windows Manager question

Hi all.

I'm trying to develop with Xlib a very simple Windows Manager. I have now a very basic problem , which I was not able to solve reading the hundred pages of documentations about Xlib programming.
Is there a possibility to know, using the windows ID returned by XCreateWindow, which client application (e.g. in terms of pid) was the creator of such window?

Thanks in advance,
Antonio.
