Wireless Programming

A wireless programming job is required by my senior
The equipment is a SBC with Armbe-linux to a nearby computer. I wonder where can I look to get me started?
especially like inetnet or ipxnet headers or something like that?
Thanks
Jack

Wireless can showup as eth0 as well. My oronico pcmcia wireless card shows up at eth0

You can figure out what the wireless interface name is by searching though dmesg.

the command illustrated below will help

Code:

user@linuxcomp: dmesg | less

as for programming I would suspect that you would be doing just regular network tcp/ip or other protocol programming. Wireless is really transparent at that level because programming is the software layer of the network stack as hardware is another.
