tcl/tk: Bwidget error

When I use a Bwidget that comes with vtcl I get the error that bwidget isn't installed....

I think I could probably get this to install myself but considering I'm trying to make a tuxracer-like installer having the user install it so that they can use the installer doesn't make sense. How can I make the program so that it will pull the Bwidgets from the tmp directory created for the installer?
