Hello,
I'm trying to change the color of the scrollbars on my site( The browser scrollbars). Now I know you CANNOT do it with the standard :
Code:
SCROLLBAR-FACE-COLOR: #DD0000;
SCROLLBAR-etc...
As that only works with IE but I want it also done in Mozilla, I think maybe you can do it by disabling scrollbars( Not sure 100%) and using a frame with your own JavaScript scrollbars.
But this is definetely not what I want, so my questions are as followed :
1) Did someone figure out or find a way to change them that is native to Mozilla?( Or a way that works for both IE and Moz)
2) Has anyone made or found an extension for Moz that allows this?
3) Has anyone made or found a hack to do this?
4) Can it be done with something other than JavaScript or CSS, say PHP, or Java?
5) Does someone have ideas on where to start coding this ability into Moz?
Please don't waste your time writing scripts or hacks or whatever, unless you decide you want to use this ability yourself, cause I know its a big job, so I might as well code it myself.
Anything you guys have to say would be greatly appreciated, even if you don't know how to fix the prob, any ideas where to start fixing it or where to start looking would be greatly superbly awesomely appreciated.
I'll keep trying to crack it, and if/when I do, I'll post here and let people know my answer.
