Script check


Hello, I'm learning Perl. Is this the write place?

If so, what is the meaninin of $return_value below? Can anyone fullt explain how this script works? What i does, etc?

#!/usr/bin/perl
$return_value = system("df");
print "System returned $return_value\n";
