I'm assuming that mysql and PHP are not installed.
Download both packages, mysql.org and php.net and follow the instructions on their sites as they are very easy to follow.
The instructions should tell you which conf files to edit and what to insert into them.

If they are installed or you are unsure if they are, do the following

at a prompt, type mysql

Create this file
<?
PHPINFO();
?>
and call it test.php
view it in a browser.

Morphix is debian-based. You should be able to run the following to install php and mysql:

apt-get update
apt-get install php4 mysql-server
