I think I found the source of the weird chars:

for(int x = 4;x > 0;x--)
4 is out of the array's bounds.

First of all, if a rectangular image is rotated, the bounding box is no more the original rectangle.

And why to reinvent the wheel ? I'm cure libraries like 'Cairo" already have the code.
