Hello,
I'm implementing a NFS v2 server, and I'm using the rmdir syscall to remove directories. The rmdir only removes empty directories.
When I need to remove a directory that is not empty, I just type "rm -rf testdir", and the client automatically calls the NFS functions to remove all the files on the directory first, and then it removes the directory itself.
But when I use Nautilus on Gnome, and try to delete a non empty directory, it fails, because the client only calls the NFS function to remove the directory, and not the files inside.
Can you tell me why this happens, and give me some sugestions
?
Thanks,
