Python to C++ converter? Or porting this?

Hey all,

I was wondering if there is any such thing as a python to c++ converter that anyone has used and works. I'm looking to port this code to C++:
http://gnuradio.org/trac/browser/gnu...c/db_flexrf.py

Even if you hop back a directory, 'usrp1' which it is importing seems to be written in C++.

But, I really know nothing about python.

I'd greatly appreciate any feedback.

Thanks!
George

I highly doubt such a translator exists.

Hi.

A Google search for convert python c++ returns more than 2 M hits including:
Quote:
Shed Skin is an experimental Python-to-C++ compiler. It can convert pure, but implicitly statically typed Python programs into optimized C++ code. ...
http://sourceforge.net/projects/shedskin/
which was last modified 2007.08, so it seems somewhat current. I have not tried it ... cheers, makyo
