i've succesfullly created an rss (code) file. for my audio content which i want to publish on the web.
so how do i successfully publish my content?
i dont know much about the publishing side of this
anyone with a clear idea?

what are you expecting to happen when it is "published"? if it's online and you can proivde a link to it then i guess that's published. only additional thing that's handy is to use page metadata to allow browsers to auto detect it, like this page does, e.g:
