The question does not have to be directly related to Linux and any language is fair game.

I posted a book recommendation and then decided to edit it out. Based on the thread that TB0ne linked to, I'd say that you just don't have the right attitude.
Beginner cannot be a hacker. Stop being beginner first.

Such book does not exist. Bjarne Stroutstroup's "C++ programming 3rd edition" had plenty of material, but it does not cover C and it does not cover everything there is about C++ (things such as GUI, network programming, interacting with OS). So you have to start from nothing, gather all material that exists out there, and keep learning. As far as I know, mastering C++ takes at least 2 years, and even after that there will be always many things you don't know.

Reported for closure.
You're confusing "hackers" with "crackers", and obviously forgot that "white hat" "hacker" means "security expert", plus it is possible to "hack linux kernel". Please learn the difference. Op did not tell anything about his intentions, so any assumption would be jumping to conclusions at this point.
SigTerm,
In the link that TBOne posted the OP has specifically asked about writing malware
"that" thread has nothing to do with "this" one.
I'm not clairvoyant and can't read minds over TCP/IP, so I don't know what the hell is going on in OP's head, and I don't jump to conclusions. Both questions may have a "white hat" or "black hat" reason behind them. and the op hasn't given enough info to decide what is the actual reason.
After glazing over all of the posts from the OP its hard to tell what exactly his intentions are. There are allot of security/malware questions posted so its possible that this person is just asking for help and maybe there wording is a bit off because of a language barrier issue. Then again some of the questions are pretty basic stuff that a security analyst would know already so this sets a bit of a red flag for me. But I am divided and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt so its possible they are asking a legitimate question in this regard and I think answering it with a few book recommendations wouldn't hurt anyone, and judging by the past posts even if they were out to do no good they got a long long way to go. If this was his only two posts I think I would be a bit more suspicious.
Again this is really up to moderator discretion and since they deemed it should be removed then that may be the best case scenario. Also they may have reviewed the posters other posting a bit better then I did.
Moderator note::
jokar.mohsen, please define what you mean by "hacking". Note that the LQ rules clearly say:
