Program arkanoid for linux

Hi,

i would like to create arkanoid in C or C++ for linux platform. But, i don't know how to display the graphics. I would like that, the game should work in the terminal.

1 - Which libs should i use to display graphics in the terminal?

2 - If not possible, the only libs to display graphics for linux is GTK or Qt?

Thanks,
Pedro
