Probleme with NS in Fedora10


Hi,
I've installed NS2.31 on F10 and the nist patch but it does not recognize MAC/802_16. it shows invalid the following error msg: invalid command MAC/802_16

How can I resolve this trouble?

fedora 10 is and has been PAST it's End Of Life
-- there is NO support for it any more .

F10 is the newest F10 version in which ns2.31 runs coorectly,I've already tried F12 but there were so many troubles including this one. So if there a solution for this probleme in F12, it would work in 10.

NS-2.31 works OK in Fedora 12.

If you want answers for "the nist patch" you will have
to provide a link to where, you got it. The full file name
is required too.

And which command is used when the error
""invalid command MAC/802_16"" appears ? ?
