Problem With 'Case

I am having a problem with posting on my site. After submitting the url they post changes from uppercase to lowercase. When I go and browse in PHPmyAdmin it is correct however on the site itself it leads to an invalid path. How can I fix this. My site is huge so I have no clue of which file could be causing this problem.
