php new version


I have php version 5.1.6 installed in my system, I've download php version 5.3.0 from php.net/download and I've installed it with:
Code:
./configure
make
make install
make test
in make test I got 99.7 as a success percentage, but when I type the command:
Code:
php --version
I got the old version, where is the porblem

where did you install them?

I don't know the path I installed, I just did ./configure, make and make install
