Perl rsh hangs

Hi

I have a perl script which calls rsh to do a remote connection to remote server and get servers "uname -a" information. I have to do this for more than one server (remote connection). But after it logs into the first server the script hangs. I have to press ctr+D to terminate it. Is there a way to make it not hang and execute normally?

How are you doing it (please paste the code which calls rsh)?

if you are open to alternatives, use telnet instead (or even SSH):
