Hi,

Can we simulate the following pic in C language, the following pic is a simulation of flapping wings by one of the researcher.

That's a cute picture (animated GIF format)

C by itself does not do graphics---for that you would need a toolkit such as GTK or Qt. Or maybe use C to generate the bitmaps and then use ImageMagick?

What kind of project is this for?

This is for aeronautics research that is the gif of flapping wings.

Cant we generate dot dots like that in the pic?

Tell us a bit more about your programming experience.

My hunch is that "generating dots" is not the hard part. There are probably some C libraries that can take you from an array to any of the more popular image formats.

I would think that the long pole would be getting the values into the array---i.e. the algorithm that takes you from the aerodynamic equations to the graphical representation.

This pic is not my project, I found it while surfing. I was just curious about those dots.

Can you point me to some source where I can get more info about these dot stuffs in C and can you tell me the library used for this?.

Thanks,
