MonoDevelop: Successful build but assembly cannot be run

Greetings,

I am attempting to get a vb.net soap project running in mono. Since I'm not familiar with all the command line and search path issues, I decided to try using MonoDevelop to build and execute the app. The app will build successfully with all of the resource .dll's being found, but I get the following message when I try to run it:
Quote:
cannot open assembly /home/../code/Project/bin/Debug/App.exe
A file called App.exe.manifext is created in Debug as well, but I get the same error when trying to run that from the command line.

I'm using Mono version 1.1.13.6 and MonoDevelop 0.9

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
