looking for perl module

I'm trying to find a perl module that will take a ip address in CIDR or in the notation: 192.168.1.0-255 that will take each ip address in that range sequentiually. for instance i want to make this happen:

perlprog 192.168.1.0/26

and run a method on each ip address in that range. I found this module before but am having a major brain fart.

Thanks in advance.
