Java application - Problem

After I run application (Java, PHP, MySql, Apache) I get the error message:

java.net.SocketException
MESSAGE: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

I use Suse 10.1, and firewall is off.

I got the same error when I run Windows version of the application with the firewall on.

Thanks in advance.
