Is there possible to hack- winxp w/ guest user only?

hi to everybody,
Is there a vulnerability or i mean is there a possible to hack the winxp user guest?..because in this user, only limited, you cannot install any program, spyvware, devices without permission of administrator...

Even if i create a user -limited only but with password?

Please help me..
