Question importing trouble....python...regarding Tkinter


I am trying to programm in the script language python in redhat linux 9.


when I am in the command line interpreter....the command:
>>> import Tkinter

doesnt work.....

it responds with:

No module named Tkinter




HOw do I remedy this problem....be specefik plz....



I am going insane....
