How to write a shell script to set security policies for Linux???

I don't know how to write a shell script to set security policies for Linux to start. and how. I know that there are many security policies for Linux but do not know which one best suited to write a shell script.

You're putting the cart before the horse. First outline what it is you want to do. Then you can analyze it to see if/how scripting will help.

Again, you didn't mention what is your agenda on implementing Security Policies?

There can be firewall rules, IPtables and other blah! What do you want to do and with what?
Please be clear so that somebody can come up with a close suggestion.
