How to make my own IDE (C++)

Hi!

I have searched all over the internet on how to make my own IDE,
but couldn't find any solid examples.

The problem I got is that I can't find out how to get the compiler output, so I could know if there was any warnings or errors.
I have managed to compile from my IDE, with system()

Is there any good solutions?

Your right, I was missing something.
I had to use synaptic and go to "Document"-section and add "libc"-files (added some other too).

The only thing I don't like with man is that is absolutely no examples at all.

Thanks

If you need the examples and very comprehensive stuff. You can go to the following link

http://www.advancedlinuxprogramming.com/alp-folder

Here you will find the chapters of the book "Advanced Linux Programming". You can see the "chapter-5" of this book "Interprocess Communication". See topic "5.4"
