Hi pan64, thanks for the link.

I've tried from Cygwin that has rsync version 3.1.1 and it works. The version in server where fails is 3.0.6.

I've tried to upgrade in server to version 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 and that same issue happens. It stops after a few seconds.

Well, I'll need to continue checking what happens if not see if I can combine FTP with find to get the last files.

try to ask it on the rsync forum

Did you try the scp versions if rsync is giving you grief?
