You're really asking two different questions:

a) Q: How do I create a link to Flash graphics in a web page?
A: You already know the answer: you specify your Flash file in an "<object>" tag (as you posted below).

b) Q: How do I open a link (*any* link: not just my Flash graphics link) in a new browser window?
A: The most common technique is to do a JavaScript "open()" to a separate HTML page that contains your Flash "<object>" tag.

You can also specify a "target" in your "<a>" tag.

Both techniques are described in both of these links - choose whichever explanation you prefer:

'Hope that helps!
