Debian (Jessie) program started by /etc/inittab but now empty.

Hi All,

In Debian (Wheezy) I used to comment out some TTY (getty consoles) and replace it with my own interactive user interface, now, when upgrading to Debian (Jessie) the inittab file is now empty.

Where can I instruct the boot process to not start a console on tty0-x and instead tell it to start my console program?

Thanks.
Anubis.

Most likely you have systemd now, it is a cool new feature. Perhaps Slackware could be an alternative.
