Change Java Look'n'Feel

Hey all

Just wondering if anyone knows how to change the Java Look'n'Feel (i.e. themes).

I've been to www.javootoo.com/ and found a theme that I like (metouia) and want to change my apps skin to this one.
So I downloaded the .jar file from sourceforge.net but thats where I get stuck...

Anyone know what I need to do?
