CCPM how to learn it and apply it?

Hi there, this day I have been watching that I have used some "precious" time, but there is no really management here, is only like we need this do it.

I whant to introduce CCPM to this place, it look naturall someway, but in fact I dont know CCPM.

For example, been reading there are a lot of references to "project resources" but that mean people?? or time??

The point is that I will like introduce it, is somewhat a little project but enought for start applying a PM like CCPM.

I will like if you can give some short of examples, for more easy learning, and some about how to apply it now in time of this project...

I not think is late for start doing it.
