cannot find ps_init (for pocketsphinx)


Various on-line helps instruct
ps = ps_init(config);
for compiling pocketsphinx using gcc.
I think that I have found all of the src files *except* the one containing ps_init

It's at line 187 of pocketsphinx.c according to the docs: http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/sphinx/...sphinx_8h.html
