Book question


I want to start learning C and maybe asm can any one direct me to a good book ?

Gortex, check out this Amazon book list: From Linux n00b to UNIX Wizard.

I've gotten almost every book off of that list (with a few exceptions) and haven't found anything to complain about, yet.

I found this book very good for learning, and even after using C for a while.
